Admission Policy

Nativity School admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Parents of children wishing entry into Nativity School will undergo an application process. Preference will be given to those families who are actively participating in and supporting the parish. After careful consideration of the application, an interview may be granted. In matters of admission and registration, the decisions of the Pastor and Principal are final.

Application Process 

Grades Kindergarten - Eighth:
  • Complete and submit the Application Form.
  • Submit the Recommendation Form to the child's current school to be filled out by the current teacher or Principal and mailed/faxed directly to us from the school.
  • Submit a copy of last quarter report card for this year and the final report card for last year at the current school.
  • Submit a copy of the Standardized test results (FCAT, ITBS, or equivalent) for the last two years. (f applicable)
  • Complete and submit the Pre-Kindergarten Application Form  or
  • Call 954 987-3301 to provide the necessary information. 

School Tours

School tours are available throughout the year. The tour will give prospective parents a "real life" view of our students, teachers and campus and an opportunity to ask questions, obtain information and get to know Nativity School.

Information Required for Registration

Once a student has been accepted, the following must be provided to complete the registration process:
  • Registration Online Information - provided at office
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • Health Forms: 3040 and 680
  • Registration Fee
  • FACTS account set-up
Teacher Qualifications

Nativity Catholic School employs or contracts teachers who hold baccalaureate or higher degrees and who are professionally certified or in the certification process.
