Mass Attendance: Attendance is required of all Catholic families. You are welcome to join us at
our Family Masses on Saturdays at 5:30 PM. Mass attendance is a gift that
you will give your child for his/her lifetime. Teachers will review the Sunday
gospel and sermons every Monday with their students. Your child should be
prepared to participate in these discussions. Stewardship: The amount for consideration for "in-parish"
tuition is $750 for this calendar year (2009).
This rate will affect the 2010-2011 tuition. Please
plan accordingly in your weekly contributions and remember
to use your church envelopes. Fingerprinting and Virtus Training:
In order to participate in field trips and activities
or to assist in the classroom, lunch, etc., all parents
and volunteers must be fingerprinted
(valid for 5 years) and have attended Virtus
training. Please stop by the office on Orientation
Day to pick up information. Traffic:
Please follow our traffic rules for arrival and dismissal. The safety of our
children is surely worth the extra minutes of your time! Hurricane and Tropical Storms:
In the event of inclement weather, Nativity School will follow the Broward
County Schools schedule for school closure. Opening of school after the
emergency may be conducted on a school-by-school basis. Check the website for
updated information.
